A fabricação é realizada em máquinas CNC em cinco locais internacionais. O conceito de produção internacional está sob controlo da VÖLKEL e tem sido implementado de forma consistente desde 1991.  Todas as empresas parceiras na Europa e na Ásia produzem em máquinas de propriedade da VÖLKEL e de acordo com as especificações e padrões de qualidade da mesma. Desta forma garantem uma qualidade industrial consistente e boa.
